       Internal: KOTO Restaurant staff team, Kitchen Trainees, Kitchen Staff team, Kitchen Trainer, English & Life skill trainer and teachers, TAS.

Nội bộ: Bộ phận nhà hàng, học viên và nhân viên bếp, giảng viên bếp, giảng viên tiếng Anh và kỹ năng sống, bộ phận quản lý học viên.

     

       External: Hospitality Industry partners, hotels and restaurants representatives.

Bên ngoài: Đối tác ngành nhà hàng khách sạn.

 

Position statement/Thông tin về vị trí:

 

• The ESL teacher is a member of the Training Department, being responsible for guiding and managing the group of students assigned. It is also his/her responsibilities to develop and deliver lessons tailored to the different groups of students at all levels. Teaching should be delivered as scheduled, including academic management (meeting with volunteer, tutoring, and advanced training). In addition, the position is to support the English team/ head of the training department to initiate ideas/ recommendations for improving training quality.

Vị trí giáo viên Tiếng Anh thuộc cơ cấu phòng đào tạo, chịu trách nhiệm hướng dẫn và quản lý nhóm học viên được phân công giảng dạy. Xây dựng và giảng dạy các bài học hấp dẫn, phù hợp cho học viên đa dạng ở mọi cấp độ. Giảng dạy theo giờ quy định, quản lý học thuật (gặp gỡ tình nguyện viên, phụ đạo học viên, đào tạo nâng cao). Hỗ trợ trưởng bộ môn Tiếng Anh/ Trưởng phòng đưa ra giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo.

• Collect and report accurate and detailed records, progress, and study outcomes of students. Maintain rules and regulations in classrooms.

Thu thập và báo cáo về hồ sơ chính xác và chi tiết về quá trình, kết quả học tập của học viên. Duy trì nội quy và quản lý lớp học.

• Encourage and guide students to successfully follow KOTO values and learning goal.

Khuyến khích và hướng dẫn học viên thành công trong việc tuân thủ các giá trị và mục tiêu học tập của KOTO.

 

Responsibilities/Nhiệm vụ:

 

​Teach English full-time: preparation of lectures, teaching, tutoring, discussion, practice, marking, and assessment.

Dạy tiếng Anh toàn thời gian gồm: chuẩn bị bài giảng, giảng dạy trên lớp, phụ đạo, tổ chức thảo luận, thực hành, chấm điểm và đánh giá.

Detailed requirements/Mô tả chi tiết:

​

• Understand and ensure the goal set with the head of department to implement KPIs.

Nắm rõ và đảm bảo mục tiêu đề ra cùng tổ trưởng bộ môn thực hiện và triển khai KPIs.

• Set up curriculum, select, develop, and teach according to the curriculum for restaurant and hospitality service, training material of a vocational centre – flexibly apply teaching methods, experience, role-play, and maximize interaction with foreign volunteers/ foreigners to achieve the teaching goal.

Lên giáo án, chọn lựa, lập và giảng dạy theo khung chương trình dành cho ngành Dịch vụ nhà hàng, kháchsạn, giáo trình của cơ sở dạy nghề - Ứng dụng phương pháp giảng dạy linh hoạt; hoạt động trải nghiệm,tình huống, tối đa thời gian tương tác với người nước ngoài để đạt được mục tiêu bài học.

• Assessing learning outcome after each module; provide regular feedbacks on the learning process of foreign language, and report the progress to head of department/ training department.

Đánh giá kết quả học theo module; đưa ra phản hồi thường xuyên về quá trình học Ngoại ngữ, báo cáo diễn biến của học viên cho Tổ trưởng bộ môn/Trưởng phòng Đào tạo.​

• Visit the workplace of the trainees occasionally in order to observe and evaluate the performance of the trainees and provide additional training if needed.

Làm việc chặt chẽ với các giám sát viên và nhân viên tại nhà hàng ít nhất 4 giờ/ tuần quan sát và đánh giá năng lực thực hành, làm việc của học viên tại cơ sở thực hiện các buổi đào tạo bổ sung, dạy kèm,dạy theo yêu cầu và tính chất công việc.

• Work closely with volunteers and assist them in class.

Hỗ trợ tình nguyện viên trong các hoạt động.​

• Support and provide additional support for trainees not yet at acceptable level.

Phụ đạo và bồi dưỡng thêm bài học cho học viên chưa đạt hoặc còn yếu.

•  Review and give feedback for head of training department on volunteer performance.

Đánh giá và có phản hồi cho trưởng phòng hiệu quả công tác tình nguyên viên.

• Other tasks as assigned by the head of department.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng.

 

Qualifications / Experience/ Bằng cấp, kinh nghiệm

• College/ University English Language Teaching Degree.

• Experience in English teaching area.

• There is the International English Certificate of IELTS 6.0 or above (or equivalent).

• TESOL or CELTA certificates are preferred

 

Well-developed technical skills in the following areas/Kỹ năng cá nhân cần có:​
