KOTO is building a training centre in Phat Tich, Bac Ninh, with great support from The Kind Heart Foundation, which has capacity to accomodate more than 300 trainees per year. The centre will have 2 two-story buildings fully equiped with facilities such as campus, classrooms, canteen, library, computers, ect. to create an effective learning environment for our trainees.
