KOTO (Know One Teach One) is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam through a holistic hospitality training
program.
The Her Turn Project: Women’s Economic Empowerment Program, an initiative led by KOTO and Australian Government from May 2022 to June 2026, is integrated into KOTO’s overall training program, focusing on economically empowering women in ethnic minority communities and rural areas in Vietnam.
Objective
This consultancy aims to:
Develop long-term indicators for the Her Turn M&E Framework.
Prepare the final M&E report to assess the Her Turn project's impact, effectiveness, and sustainability, while providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Development of Long-Term Indicators
Phase 2: Final M&E Report
Timeline & Deliverables
25 August 2025: Report on developed long-term indicators, including methodology and data collection plan.
15 June 2026: Final M&E report evaluating project impact, with analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications
The consultant should possess the following:
Advanced degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing M&E frameworks and conducting
evaluations.
Expertise in developing long-term indicators and impact measurement methodologies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Prior experience working on gender-focused or women’s empowerment projects in Vietnam (preferred).
