Join KOTO’s volunteer network and be part of a transformative journey. Work closely with our trainees, passionate mentors, and dedicated team to provide hands-on support - helping young people build skills, confidence, and a brighter future.
Volunteers are needed weekdays
(8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). Flexible hours are possible.
A minimum of three months is required. KOTO supports your professional goals with flexibility.
KOTO is located in Hanoi, with daily bus transportation provided between the restaurant and training center.
We welcome diverse backgrounds. Teaching, hospitality, social work, and event management experience is encouraged.
Police and reference checks are required for safety. You’ll need to arrange these locally.
Volunteers are responsible for organizing their own visa, accommodation, and travel logistics.
Sponsor trainees in our two-year hospitality program, which boasts a 100% employment rate after graduation

Dine, volunteer, or join study tours at KOTO venues to witness skills training in action and build meaningful connections
