Stonehouse Foundation sponsor two Box Hill chef apprentices to spend a month at KOTO

Through the generosity of the Wesley Stonehouse Foundation scholarship, Tanya and Aaron spent a month at the KOTO restaurant and training centre exchanging knowledge and skills with our trainees and staff. The scholarship is provided by the Stonehouse family in loving memory of their son Wesley. Each year two Box Hill culinary arts students are selected to participate in this cultural and educational exchange. Aaron and Tanya both commented "the restaurant chefs and the tenacity of the trainees is so impressive. We are so grateful to the Stonehouse Foundation for this amazing experience. We will miss the simplicity and sophistication of Vietnamese food and the smiling trainees and staff."
