KOTO Foundation runs a vocational training program designed for disadvantaged youth in Vietnam, offering an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty. KOTO provides both theoretical education and hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, including cooking, front-of-house service, and management skills.
The training program lasts for 2 years, giving students ample time to gain practical experience and build a solid foundation in their chosen field.
