On August 23rd 2018, a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between KOTO and Quality Training Solutions (QTS) was held at KOTO Saigon Training Restaurant. The MoU is acknowledged as a first significant step in the collaboration to empower the high-performing KOTO trainees through English by giving them the access to QTS global standardized courses.

In accordance with this agreement, 30 full QTS English scholarships are offered to 30 brilliant trainees from KOTO whom highly appreciate English as a tool to develop themselves for a better future. Along with that, 50% scholarship tuition fee is also provided for KOTO Alumni to empower them further in their career path.
QTS is a not-for-profit Australian Education and Training Organisation, formed by Australian honoured Professors delivering internationally recognized courses.
