KOTO trainees - Hieu and Ngoc from K33 win the inaugural ICB culinary competition!
On 6 September, five Hanoi-based hospitality colleges competed in the three-stage event. The first two stages focused on techniques and skills in the kitchen with the final stage requiring the competitors to produce a dish using all three mystery ingredients - beef, nutmeg and BBQ sauce. Hieu and Ngoc from Class 33, demonstrated the skills and techniques that KOTO trainees and graduates are renowned for. The judges were impressed with the very high skill level shown by all the competitors. These competitions are so important for our trainees to demonstrate their abilities, particularly under pressure.
