At the heart of our mission is KOTO’s Dream School, where we provide a holistic hospitality training program & a nurturing home. Our dedicated Foundation team oversees the education & training, health & well-being of our trainees, facilitating internships & job placements that pave the way for their success.​​

KOTO TRAINING CENTER

KOTO’s Training Center currently houses & educates 150 full-time trainees each year contributing to sustainable change to the lives of at-risk Vietnamese youths & their families. Phase-2 of KOTO’s Dream School will include newly designed training classrooms, additional accommodations, recreational space, a multi-purpose auditorium & sporting facilities to host 300 students annually.​
