Jimmy Pham is Honoured as Young Global Leader 2011 by the World Economic Forum (Full Story News and Media/Recent News)

Providing street and disadvantaged youth with an opportunity to acquire skills and live a life of dignity and happiness are among the reasons I started KOTO many years ago. KOTO has evolved greatly since the early days and I am very pleased to say these philosophies remain prominent in everything we do.

KOTO provides empowerment, a safe environment, professional skills, knowledge and protection. KOTO trainees provide the smiles.

Thank you for your interest in KOTO. I hope you enjoy learning about KOTO and that one day you meet a graduate, trainee or staff member and experience the warmth of the KOTO family for yourself.

    Warm regards,
Jimmy Pham KOTO founder and KOTO International CEO

    Mission

We believe street and disadvantaged youth should have access to holistic and vocational skill development opportunities, in a nurturing environment, where each family member builds self-confidence and is empowered to live a life of dignity and happiness.

    Vision

As a social enterprise that provides positive change to the lives of street and disadvantaged youth, our vision is to be increasingly internationally prominent and successful, allowing us to spread our model to more communities. Wherever there is abandonment, neglect and abuse, we will be there.

    Culture

We are a family who cares about all others and where big smiles bring the promise of love, compassion and security. We work hard because we believe we can make a difference and because we love our organization for all it represents.
