KOTO Saigon Class 1 trainees are inspired to achieve great things in their careers after they had the privilege of a tour of Intercontinental HCMC this week.

 “I’m so happy after our visit…I hope one day I can return and become a staff member here. I will try my best in my studies to achieve this dream.

“This was the first time I’ve ever been to such a luxurious place so I felt nervous but excited…My favorite section was the bakery and kitchen…the staff there were professional and very friendly to us,” said one trainee.

Intercontinental HR Manager, Huong, gave a presentation, explaining the roles of various departments, along with hotel standards for personal grooming and hygiene.

Huong was delighted to meet the trainees and show them the hotel. 

“We hope one day in the future you will come back but not as visitors but as official staff at the hotel,” Huong told the trainees.

The tour included front of house, food and beverage, kitchen, bakery, conference rooms, VIP lounge, pool, spa and fitness areas.

KOTO Saigon Welfare Manager, Cameron, warmly thanked hotel staff for their friendliness towards the trainees and for making it such an enjoyable and informative experience.
