On Sunday, April 4, 2010, Hanoi Chefs and others from the hospitality industry gathered at KOTO Café Hideaway to enjoy a BBQ Dinner and take part in the auction of a special bottle of wine.
A 1954 CHATEAU de LAUBADE BAS-ARMAGNA was donated by the Warehouse to auction off as a special cause as it was the last bottle available in Vietnam.

Proceeds from the auction were donated to KOTO in the generous amount of 10,100,000 VND. The bottle was purchased on behalf of Mr. Jean Marc SOUSSAN. KOTO appreciates the support and generosity and was honored to host the event.

Included in the evening was the opportunity for colleagues and friends to enjoy a relaxing BBQ and tour the KOTO Training Center. The Hanoi hospitality industry plays an important role in the program as trainees complete their work experience at local hotels and restaurants. Guests were able to see first-hand where the KOTO training takes place.
