The flagship restaurant KOTO on Van Mieu is a place where customers can enjoy delicious Vietnamese and European food. Located opposite Hanoi’s Temple of Literature the restaurant has become a firm favourite with expats and tourists looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. KOTO on Van Mieu is where trainees put what they’ve learned in class into practise. They interact with customers and practice their English and work as a team to develop their hospitality skills and increase their confidence. KOTO on Van Mieu (59 Van Mieu Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi) is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week and for dinner every night except Mondays, giving trainees an opportunity to partake in social activities on that night. Cooking Classes are held on Monday evenings at the restaurant.
